So, today wasn’t a very creative day. Haha, isn’t that what they all aren’t nowadays anyways? I tooled around a bit in FL Studio and came out with an interesting little track. It’s just a reworking of a composition I have been working on, with some percussion in it.

That’s pretty much all it is nowadays. Either pointless minutia to pass the time, school work, or the hype about graduation, about never having to go to high school again. Now, I’m experiencing extremely mixed feelings on this. I don’t know how I want to feel, I guess is the best way to put it…

So, tonight has been spent realizing that I like odd music. Not really odd, but, you know, I had fun acquiring some old  music, along the lines of old school rap and what not. I don’t know why I find it so amusing. And then, of course, there’s some bhangra and reggaeton. I’ve realized that I enjoy some music that really deserves more commercial acceptance.

You know, I always found it hard to ever picture my mother getting hurt, considering that she always takes good care of herself, and she is a nurse at that, worked in the medical field forever… It sort of caught me by surprise.

In an unnamed continent on an unnamed planet, there exists a man, living in a desert. He roams the desert for years and years, discovering random oasis after oasis so that he may persist. It’s not so much an oasis, as just random points in the land where the man can find sustenance, typically in the form of fresh water and a single fruit tree.

Sitting around, there isn’t quite much to do nowadays. So, I guess one really has to look to find something interesting to do to pass the time. So, why not post a blog entry? In any case, I was mulling over  project that I’ve been working on for AP Music Theory, a composition, and I figured, eh, why not post it?
